****DEMO USE ONLY*** The club makes up to six courts available for reservations by leagues and other sanctioned uses. Three courts are kept available for walk up use. This website manages court reservations by allowing the club management to designate which courts and what time slots are available for reservations and which groups are eligible to make reservations. Group leaders, typically the captains of the teams participating in leagues, use the system to reserve courts at the beginning of the season and as necessary throughout the season for makeup matches. Tournament and other special event organizers may also use the system to reserve blocks of courts. |
