Fall 2003 League Facts

Fees - $12 for balls and awards Format - Men's Doubles. Each match consists of thirty games played in three 10 game sets. Players swap partners after each set so each member of the foursome plays one set with each other member. No ad scoring rules apply. The first team to win four points in a game wins that game. The receiving team decides which member will receive in the event of a three-three tie but subs may not receive unless both players are subs. At the end of the evening, each player should record the total games he won. The winner of the most games on each court is entitled to keep the game balls. Season - Season score is computed from the top eight of the ten weekly scores. Each player must throw out his two lowest scores. Prizes are awarded to the first and second place players. Season score determines seeding in future leagues
